Return Policy

100% satisfaction is our goal. If you’re not happy with your order in any way, you can return it within 10 days for a full refund or store credit. To begin, send us a note to help@floridascents.net with your order # and why it's not working out. The shipping fee is charged to the client.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States and are working on adding international options soon.

Shipping Options

Depending on the items you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order.

Shipping costs are based on the shipping method chosen and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout

When does my order arrive?

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days and will typically arrive in 4-7 business days.
