How long does one scent refill last?
Each refill lasts approximately 30–60 days depending on the intensity setting you use. On the lowest setting, you can expect your refill to last closer to 60 days. Running it on high continuously will use the scent faster. For everyday home use at a medium setting, most customers find one refill lasts around 4–6 weeks. We recommend keeping a spare refill on hand so your home is never without fragrance.
Can I use any brand of refill with the Venus Diffuser?

Where is the best place to position my diffuser in a room?

Open the diffuser and remove the scent reservoir.
Clean the reservoir by filling it with rubbing alcohol and wiping it down.
Reinstall the reservoir and let it run for 5–10 minutes to ensure proper cleaning.
Refill the reservoir with your new scent and reinstall it on the diffuser.
